In the past she has been involved with Sister Cities New Zealand and a volunteer youth committee (International Christchurch Youth) associated with the Christchurch City Council, and as a volunteer at the Community Law Centre. When she is not at work, she is out running (finished my first half marathon in November this year) or enjoying the beauty of the Southland outdoors with friends.
Kieran Brown
Kieran grew up in the Horowhenua, small town New Zealand, and comes from Muaupoko and Ngati Raukawa Whakapapa. He has four brothers, and whanau is very important in giving him the strength and support to lead. Kieran’s leadership story started in the grassroots of community development, youth affairs and performing arts. In recent years, after graduating from the Auckland Business Schools Future Leaders Program, and from Victoria University with a BCA in management and HR, has become passionate about growing leadership across the New Zealand business community through consulting, directorships and mentoring budding entrepreneurs and academics.
Natalie Morgan

Natalie finished her 5 year BArch (Bachelor of Architecture) degree at the University of Auckland in 2008.

Her interests include commercial and civic architecture, and because she sees design as a political tool she is also fascinated by urban design as governance. She also believes being active in one’s community is extremely important and over the years Natalie has been involved in a wide variety of community organisations, furthering her interest in and commitment to sustainable development, peace studies and conflict resolution, access and the right to education, leadership development and community visioning. Last year she attended the World Forum on Justice, Religion and Conflict Resolution in San Francisco and before doing a semester of her studies at Kingston University in England she attended Global Studio and People Building Better Cities in Johannesburg. Her love of travel and languages means she is really looking forward to the Ship for World Youth experience, improving her Japanese tremendously and the opportunity to speak Spanish with the Peruvian and Venezuelan delegates.
